 J&J's Grizzly Store and Camping Resort is located in the high sierra mountains in Portola, California, at the northern most part of the Feather River.  We are located approximately 1/2 mile from the Lake Davis Dam. We are close to the quaint town of Portola, California that is well-known for the beautiful Lake Davis, the Feather River, Portola's Western Pacific Railroad Museum, James Beckwourth Historical Museum, the Historical William's House Museum, to mention a few.

  We are here to make your camping and outdoor experience at Lake Davis enjoyable!

  We have 34 RV and Tent Sites available, a General Store and a Frosty Hamburger Stand!

  We have just erected two NEW tents for your enjoyment.  Call and make your reservations; since the prime weekends are going fast!

J&J's Grizzly Store and Camping Resort is proud to provide Current Fishing Reports for Lake Davis and a Map of Lake Davis !  Saturday night Bar-B-Que's are a big hit. Serving starts at 5:30 pm Grizzly Store BBQ Menu Reasons to come to Lake Davis--Fishing is Superb.  The wildflowers are in full bloom.  Hiking trails.  A bike ride around the lake. Exploring Walker Mine area. Abundance of wild life and birds.  The campground is fully open and waiting for you.
